Category: Seniors And Technology

Lets face it. Seniors did not grow up in a very technical world. My very first computer was a “Coleco Adam” with a high speed digital tape drive!!! The competition to the “Adam” was the “Commodore 64…lol. There were no cell phones, heck, beepers didn’t get popular until my early teens. Fast forward to today. Just about everyone has a cell phone and there are almost no more landlines. Many seniors have got left in the dust.

No worries. Luckily I love to learn. I have taught myself all sorts of things over the years. I am the type of person who will find something I like and learn how to do it. That translates to good news for you because what I know I will post here for you to learn. This series of posts will be all about how to work things (the basics) like cell phones, iPad, and computers. If you would like to learn something I don’t have here, use the contact page and drop me a note to let me know what it is and I will do my best to post an article on it.
