My Experience At This Park

My wife and I spent a day at this park and had a blast. We had her daughter with us also. When you enter this park there is no guard booth to pay at. They have what is sometimes called an “iron ranger” which is a metal box you put your money in. There are envelopes near the box you fill out and rip a piece off before putting the envelope in the box. The piece you rip off becomes your pass which you will put on your dashboard.

The trails were easy to navigate but I wouldn’t call them handicap friendly. Some of these trails have benches along the way. The restrooms were clean and we enjoyed our lunch that we brought at one of the picnic tables at the park. There are some BBQ grills near the picnic tables. We also enjoyed doing a little Geocaching.
