
As I look for ways to stay active and enjoy the beautiful weather, I’ve discovered that there is a whole world of “play” out there that is perfect for any pace. While a steady walk is great for the heart, adding a game into the mix is great for the spirit. It turns a simple outing into an adventure, whether you’re competing with friends or just challenging yourself.
My goal here is to share activities that are budget-friendly, easy to learn, and, most importantly, a lot of fun. From high-tech hobbies to low-tech backyard classics, these are the things that keep us moving and laughing.
